This is driving me nuts! Pagination is ALL messed up with sh404sef. WTF?! It just doesn't work :(

I am having same issue. The Pagination at the bottom of the page is now vertical. tateworks.com/The-SUCCESS-HUB/Blog.html

How were you able to get the pagination to work? I also have it vertical on my pages that i am developing for a client.
