Hello,
Is there a way to moderate comments?  I'd like the ability to preview all comments before publishing, though hoping it won't be necessary.

Also, is there a way to reply within a comment?  For example, someone comments on my site, then within the comment itself I add my own comment and it appears in italics.

I have been into comments edit mode, which allows me to add my comment, but not format.
