Hello,I've been getting spam comments on my website in the K2 component. Everything of mine is public since I don't want people to feel they have to register to get on my site. Is there a captcha plugin for this? I use easycaptcha for my other stuff but it doesn't work with K2. Please help.Thanks,C

Go to Component > K2 in the admin side and under there on the top right hand corner there is the parameter link. Click that and scroll all the way down to see the reCaptcha options. Very simple to setup since you already use it.

i dont know why. do i need a key, or why is it jumping back to 'no'?

hello, i ; ve solved the problem.

i forgot to save the enabled captcha...

and after that i registered at recaptcha to get some keys

hello, i had the same problem and went to recaptcha to solve the problem. www.google.com/recaptcha

recaptcha is integrated it k2, you just have to enable it.

you will get two keys, a private one and public one.

than you go to parameters (upper right corner in your joomla backend) and go to captcha, set enable on yes, fill in the keys and  Save (in the top of the window) , thats it.

Hi, I sign up on recaptcha google, I've obtained the two keys and I put in the k2 preference setting, but, don't see recaptcha  on my comments.

you have to put enable captcha : yes

and than save it (scroll back up and click Save)
