How can I use K2 working with Sobi2?  Is it possible?  I am just getting familiar with K2. So far I like it. But I need to spend much more time on it.

Very good question I am in the same boat. Just discovered K2 but wondering if site members can upload their own property info and manage their entries too. The options are get an improved sobi 2 template as the default one is pretty boring. Or fork out $100 to get Hot Property component which works similar to Sobi2 but with improved functions and a way better template.
