Google Maps Plugin for K2 was created by Ivo Apostolov
This plugin uses the static API and basically displays the google map as image.You need the longitude and latitude of the location you want to display.

Btw. it will work also if you put the location name in the field of Longitude

New version is available, it hides the map in category views and displays it only in item view.

This plugin is great!
Any way you can add the zoom icon so site visitors can zoom in & out to get bearings on area freeways so they can figure out where it is located on a larger scale?

This would require to use the dynamic API, which I planned to do in the future.

Alexis,
I think if you go to a K2 item & click on the Content tab, at the bottom you will see where to enter the parameters for the map

As I could not install the K2 Map plugin from Joomla Extension repository I coded my own.
It adds extra fields in K2 backend for category, user and item and show it in frontend.
You can creade your own div element for the map, e.g. in a custom modul. Highly customizable.
Works with K2 2.2 and 2.3.

I am looking for google map plug in which has the whole attributes as the google has. Drug the map and so on.
Also it will be greate to have one module which display the whole item locations in one google map.
