Create a Extra Field Group, call it Property Details

Create Extra fields, called Price, House Size, Plot size etc.

Create a category for thes poperties and make sure you assign your extra field group to it.
Creat a new item, a property. In the extra fields tab, you will now have your fields to enter the specifics of that property.
