K2 compatibility in Joomla 1.6 was created by Michael Bond
I love K2. However I am concerned about the compatibility with the extended ACL capabilities in Joomla 1.6. A specific ACL configuration can be applied to categories of content. However K2 uses a different category location in the database than does the standard Joomla articles.
How are you planning to support all of the ACL capabilities of 1.6? How long after a 1.6 stable release do you expect that it will take to create a K2 version that is compatible?
Thanks.
Michael

weeks a go, heared that k2 for joomla 1.6 will be early february 2011.
I guess: little tweak will occur on k2-content to support joomla 1.6 ACL.
What am sure about; people here (K2 team) will do it the right way.
Not sure, any changed happened or not to this schedule.

Sadness, doesn't look like it will happen for awhile.
