Hi, I want to allow all the visitors to contact author of the item through a contact form on the item page, and if the visitor is logged in as a user, he / she will also be able to use the form to contact the author without being required to input his/her email address. Any ideas?

For now, use a custom k2 template with the form code added to item.php
Wait for 2.3 and you may be able to add the form code to an extra field with the new "html editing in the text area field"

Also like to know what changes are being implemented to version 2.3, so I can evaluate if I should change code or wait for the upgrade. Thanks

Can it be done? i need to add a small contact form on each user's page, better on a specific group...how can i do this?
