I want to display a list of categories showing their sub-categories below them. I am using the Menu Item: Categories.When I select a single category, it shows up perfectly.When I select more than one category, NO categories show up.Also, is there a way to not show the "Children categories" text without editing code?

Yeah I'm having the same issue, I want to show the sub-cats under my categories in my tools- category list module.
The render order is set to 3. still no sub cats showing. I'll continue my quest through the forums...

as far as I know going into the php file is the most direct way to remove the "children category" text. I spent a long while trying other ways. but no success. perhaps the joomlaworks masters can expound on this...

Let me know if you discover a solution. I never found anything and you're the first person to have replied to me on these forums.
