On the web site I am creating,I have set the settings to show the link "make the first comment".It's not displayed on the categories that I maked except only when I choose an author to show me his news,it shows before the "read more" link the "make the first comment".This happens when I am not logged in the site.Why is this happening?

Do you mean the comments count?
Do you have any other K2 templates than Default.
Do you have categories that are inheriting settings from another category, which might have this disabled?

I think this can be resolved at the same time as your other issue, but will need admin access.
