I thought a few people on this forum have  K2 powered blog sites. One of my clients wants to use K2 powered Joomla to display his real estate listings and he also wants to blog about real estate where he can share information using blog postings.
How can these be handled with K2. I created demo blog category with a few items and displayed using blog type menu but I was not able to display the  items in a Wordpress style format chronologically.

My goal is to have clear picture of what options or capabilities of K2 are so that I can recommend my client to implement Joomla with K2 as oppose to  Wordpress.

Please share your thoughts if you have experience in this area. 

In summary:
- what is the best setting I can use to make K2 to have blog style layout?
- If K2 alone cannot do it, are there K2 extensions that i can use?
