Stray bullet points covering tags was created by Laura Huser
I love K2, but I have a problem with the bullet points covering the first letter of each tag in the tag cloud.
When I installed K2 on my first website I thought this had more to do with the template. But now that I've put it on a second website using a different template and got the same result I'm not sure.
Is there any hack I can do in the default k2 template to add a little cushion between the bullet point and the tag?
Check out this page for an example of the problem I am having:

Hi,
Your issue is being caused by your Gavick template.
Check:
Background:url("../images/arrow1.png") no-repeat scroll 0 6px transparent
found on line 46 of template_css.css
Hope that helps.

Yay! You found the problem.
I thought it might be the template, but when it happened with 2 different templates i thought maybe it was a bug. But come to think of it both templates are Gavick...
I'll change that little bullet and get it out of the way.
Thanks again!

Your welcome.
PS, if you use firefox, get the firebug add in, it will help you inspect your page, for css and html, plus there are some other add ons too.

The problem is if your temple uses HTLM tags to produce graphical bullet points you get two points together - is there a CSS override to make K2 only use it's bullets and not the main templates?

I decided today to try an get Artisteer and K2 to play nicely but in the end it is too difficult. K2 define UL LI for things like comments stars and so will over ride the templates UL LI but social bookmarks don't define LI so you get graphic bullets mixed in. This is the same for any template with graphical bullet points egJa-purity.
The easiest solution is to use default HTML bullet points - go into your Artisteer templates CSS folder and edit the template.css - remove everthing between /* begin PostBullets */ and /* end PostBullets */.
Your graphical bullet points will still work in modules and menus.
