Hello.I'm familiare with Joomla and the com_content. When I'm log in as admin (frontend) I got a icon for articles and this brings up the editor. But how do I edit "items" from K2 in front end?Cheers!

See if you have enabled the frontend editing from the K2 Parameters.

Thanks for you reply! Yes the forntend editing is enabled. Should I see an icon like com_content articles or should I see something within the K2 login module?

Normally you should see a link "Edit item" on the top right corner of each item and an "Add a new item in this category" inside the Category description box.

Problem solved.
Solution: assign administrator to K2 site-owner group.
