These look like extra field names with the associated values you want to display for indivual items.
You would need to add extra fields group
then add all the extra fields and assign them to the group
next create a category and set its defaults
allow the category to have the extra fields from that group
now you will be able to fill in the information when adding a new item by selecting the extra fields tab in the editor
The new version of K2 will search thru extra fields and return results with all items listed for "value" or any of the fields, but i dont think it will allow you to search in just a single extra field.
