Hello people,

I am trying to change the search result ordering from the current (apparently, the "created" time stamp) to the ordering defined in the K2 items page in the backend.

I have tried fiddling with the K2 plugin but to no avail. Could someone point me to the right file to modify? That would be a great help if anyone could.

I am having the same problem. Search is working great except the results are ranked based on the descending K2 item Id. I need the records to show up in the exact item order set for each category.
Does anyone know how to modify the search plugin files or else, how do we default the K2 admin panel to always list records according to the saved order.
