Anytime I try to add or edit and item in the front end, all I get when I click the link is an oversized lightbox appears with a blank page inside, no source and no error reporting either (error reporting is set to maximum). I also have the same problem when trying to moderate the comments for the page. I would like to fix both the blank page issue as well as the oversized lightbox window.
I am running the last version of K2 v.2.3. Here is my server information:

I'm with a new K2 site, and can't edit articles on frontend because I get a blank lightbox popup

Upon looking more into this I found out that I had left my component.php file blank. Try adding some code similar to the component.php that is attached to your component.php in your template folder.

It goes in the root folder for your template.
