I installed and configured the UberPageBreak plugin to show as tabs instead of list.It works great showing each tab for each page break.  the only problem I have is with the 1st tab.  It keeps showing the name of the page and I want it to say for example: "Overview".Can anyone shed some light on how to set it up this way?  Thanks

go to the plugin->content->Uberpagebreak->tmpl folder and (for either tabs or list) open the default.php file. Look for the line $output->headerTitle; (it's in an echo statement) replace it completely with overview (or whatever you want it to say) and that will change it.
