I've set my image sizes as such;
Extra Large: 800px

Large: 640px

Medium 320px

Small: 160px

Extra small: 100px

Set: "Image Size For Leading Items" to MEDIUM (320px) the image goes to 640px
this seems to be a bug because  I can set to any of the other sizes and it works
