1. You'll have to make css changes to your K2 template to change the 'Read more...' position :

div.catItemReadMore {}

It seems you don't have any k2.css loaded on your website, so modifications have to be made in your 'addon.css' file.

2. It seems you have an unclosed html tag. If you take a look at your code, there's a lot of after the second item. Check your second K2 item html content.
