Newbie Trouble Getting New Items to Show Up was created by theandygram
I just installed K2 and imported my current Joomla content. I then added a new item via the K2 "New Item." The item is showing up in the K2 back-end, but not on the front-end. It also doesn't show up in the Joomla documents section (which makes sense). What am I doing wrong that the new article is not showing up?Many thanks in advance,Andy

Try this to get started. Make a new menu item, select K2, item view, at the top right select the k2 item you entered. Try looking at your page again...
also, is the item published?

Hi William,
Thank you so much for your time. That did the trick. My only problem now is, how do I display just a list of item titles rather than a page of each of the full items one after another?
This is how I had it set up and want to basically mimic this:
www.theandygram.com/Table/2010-11-Theatre-Press-Releases/
Here is how K2 is showing it:
www.theandygram.com/Broadway-Press-Release-Retweet/2010-11-Theatre-Press-Releases.html
Again, thanks so much for your time.
Andy

Try puting a menu item k2 category. Turn everything off in the category list view except the title and title linkable
then add back until you get what you want. The link you sent is displaying in a table layout and would be a customized item.php preferably in a k2 override.
