I would bet this is a template problem. If you switch to joomla default the problem may go away, test and see.
But, thats not really what you want.
What is the difference between item 7 (which looks ok in category view) and item 6 (which starts to break)
what are your settings for leading, primary, and secondary. As the images are different between 7 and 6 i bet the display of the "next" bunch of items is causing the problem somehow with the template. I have seen this before but havent learned to fix it.
Does your template come with k2 specific overrides in the templates/html directory?

well i tried to change the category view settings just to see if that is the problem, (i thought the images were too big so that was the reason the articles overlaped) but after an hour of changing this settings i concluded it is not so :/

and no, template is ja_purity, so it propably doesn't have k2 specific overrides, but i have read that it doesn't matter becuase k2 was made so that it can work on any 1.5 joomla template . . . but this k2 compatible templates are confusing me, why would they exist if k2 is compatible with all templates . . .
