Only able to add one field in each extra field

Only able to add one field in each extra field was created by cort johnson
When I try to add an extra field I can only one. For instance if I want to create a couple of links to similar articles in a category all I can add is one. There is no way in my extra fields program to add more than one link or text area or whatever. I don't see any options for doing that (??

From the backend, Compoents- K2
Click the link that says extra fields
At the top right - Click New
