What's the best way to move the database of K2 files from one web host to another? K2import didn't work for me. I think I could use Akeeba, but I'm not sure what files and directories to exclude so I just get the K2 files and not a lot of templates, plugins, etc.
Or is there a better way?

I would use Akeeba to get the entire site, and and move to the new server with kickstart
