I have set up the K2 component on my site. I can embed video just fine, but if I want to use any other option, I just get a black box that says dim lights, download, embed... no video shows. (see attachments) With the upload option, I see the video has been uploaded to the correct folder (see attachments). I tried a remote video - testing the link to make sure the link was correct and it played correctly - and the link works, but again, just the black box. What gives??? What am I missing??

Try using the plugin code in an item or article

and be sure the allvideo is working with content on your server.

it does the same thing. grey box like in HELP2.jpg...
