Hard to tell
Have you enabled it?
Are there published items in the category that you selected.?
Is there an error message?

Friend William thanks for reply.
I didn't get any error message, in Its module settings the module is set to show 4 items from a unique category and It's published.
I'm New using this component. Could it be possible that I had made a wrong Instalation? everythings went rigth when i did it, then I exported the joomla items and made a link for a frontpage and another for the category.
You can see the siteweb on: www.profesionaleseninformatica.com

What can I do to solve this?

I faced the same problem today on my Homepage
the rest of the pages were rendering correctly the k2 content data
I disabled the Enable K2 plugins from the advanced parameters and it worked.
Finally i found that another virtuemart module was conflicting with the k2 tool.
So it doesn't seem to be a wrong installation
