You can use the link from the k2 login module.
You could create a menu item external link with
http://localhost/k2/index.php?option=com_user&view=register
as the url
If you want to do this as admin without the email confirmation, use the backend, add a joomla user, then assign them to a k2 user category

Hi, thanks for your answer but I what I need is that the owner of the site could add K2 users from the frontend and withot having to activate their accounts by mail. I need that they dont have to enter the admin backend of joomla to do this.
