Is it possible with k2 or an extension, to use a calendar to show a date range?!!in my particular scenerio. to show a k2 user who is scheduled to work days xyz, to show this on a calendar???

This could be achieved with Sherpa and a customized calendar module. Already done that on a website : betakryon.com, the left calendar module retrieves start /end fields for each item. The module just below this one displays incoming events from the same fields.
