On the home page where you have the slideshow playing, is that a K2 module? Is so, what module is it. Also when you click an article how are you preventing it from displaying or viewing the article on your home page? On the site I am building when an article is click it opens on the front page with all the modules displayed so the view has to scroll down past all my modules to find the article.

The slide show is with frontpage slideshow from joomlaworks.
I can't catch your point with the other thing :) please be more specific or show me an example.

I with try and explain myself better here:

When I am on your home page you have a number of modules published and positioned where you want them for the front page/home page. On your site when you click a K2 article the article opens on a page that does not have all those modules published and it is easy to see and view/read the article.

On my site: www.evangelacaedmy.com I have modules published for the home page also, but when I click on a k2 article on my home page the open on a page that has all of the same modules published so it is very difficult for the reader to find the full article they clicked on.

How are you opening/viewing the k2 article without showing all the modules from the home page. It appears to me that not matter where on my site I click and article from they all open up on the front page that has modules published for the front page. For example if you click on an article from this page:

www.evangelacademy.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=127&Itemid=102

the article will still open on the home page, when I have the featured stories module and others published.


I would like for the article to open for viewing/reading on a page like yours with very few modules published.

I think that is a matter of setings on your modules.Please check them one by one and make sure that you don't have them display in all pages.This is on the left side of the module page settings.

I have these only published on the home page. And that is where all my article open. Any ideas?
