Unable to edit K2 items with Chrome 6.0 was created by Martin Herbst
Hi,
since the release of Chrome 6.0 I am no longer able to edit K2 items (editing with Internet Explorer works fine). I have tried it with JCE and also with JCKEditor but no editor does appear (see attached screenshot) neither in the backend nor in the frontend.

When I try to edit a non K2 item then the editor appears as normal.

Any ideas?

Martin

Hi. I cannot confirm the bug. No issues for me on Chrome 6.0. Please make sure that:

1. You have the latest version of K2.
2. You have not modified any K2 files.
3. There are no javascript errors on your page. If you get javascript errors on your page please try to disable some editor plugins to find out what's causing them.

Hi Lefteris,

thanks for your reply. I did some more tests with Chrome on Linux and also with the Chrome browser on my company's PC. On these PC everything worked fine. So it seems to be a problem of the Chrome installation (configuration) on my PC and not a K2 problem.
