I need a little help.

When my users sign in, they should be able to enter a personal page/menupage where they can see their profile details, their created content, and edit mail subscription. It should be a personal menu page only they can see.

 

I can make a k2 user page (blog) but that is not personal and I can make a

latest items from (one or more)users or categories but that is not personal either.

 

what do I do?

Are you looking for the My Account page of the k2 Login?

It might be ... A bit like this forum, I want my users to see a page with their information and their k2 content etc. when they are signed in.

Yes i think it is my account page. I can´t find the place where I can edit in the parameters and ad other modules. I also want to link it to a menu.

Try putting an external link to YOURSITE.COM/index.php?option=com_user&view=user&task=edit in a menu choice
and assigning modules around it. This may not work if a user isnt logged in - set the permissions on the menu link to registared
