Modules pushing Articles down the page in K2 was created by Scott Osteen
If some could look at my site and notice the difference between the "K2
Version" and the "Home" version, which is my normal Joomla version.
Not sure what to do here. They are side by side in the top menu. Thanks in advance.www.gettingourcountryback.org

this may help
simon.getk2.org/component/k2/item/435-212-creating-a-frontpage
you may also have uses modules anywhere and insert a k2 module below the first item intro text
if you are using a grid layout there may be other ways to approach this

The "K2Version" in the top menu was done following the steps in the link you provided. I'm sure it is a CSS issue I just don't know code, so I was hoping some here could help.

Try turning the rss feed for that category off and see what happens. firebug says div k2Feedicon is the offending block or at least involved with it

That was it. After turning off the RSS feed it went back to normal. Now that raises the question of how to enable RSS feed in K2 and have appear normal for my users.

Switching templatesworks, however I am fond of this template. Soon I will purchase a custom template from Template Monster but until that time I want to use this one. Is it possible to re-write CSS for this template?

Im sure it is, you might contact the author of the template though, as they may want to fix it!
Be sure to get a k2 friendly template when you shop around
