I am using K2 Items to list courses available and would like the user to be able to click a link/button from within that Item which opens a contact form to contact the course administrator. It could be the "email" link that exists now, but it would need the item title prefilled, and the recipient (Course Adminstrator) prefilled. Any ideas welcome. Maybe there is a plugin that does this already?

Try adding the attached code to your item.php and see if it approximates what you want.
