Bug. K2 bug if jcomments enabled was created by Erik Maier
Hi,There is a bug in K2, if you enable jcomments using the jcomments plugin for K2, sometimes jcomments is overridden by K2 comments. It only happens for guest users and if you delete the cache it works normally for a while. Please help me ! Can the caching of k2 comments be disabled ?

I have the exact same problem, when I enable the global cache, the K2 original comment system will be replaced by ke jcomment plungins with no logic and no exact time.

I've tried to ask about the issue in all of possible forums and community but there is no answer

Jcomment community said: "In my mind this problem is related to K2 extension not in K2 JComments plugin. You need to contact with K2 authors and ask them to fix it."

Hi. Can you please post a link to your site in order to see the issue? Regarding the cache if your page/item has been cached with the K2 comments then you will get these comments until your cache expires.

Since the problem is not instant, it means it does not happen as soon as I enable the global cache, I should enable it and wait for problem,
By the way I enabled it and I'm waiting for it,

you know since this problem replace the hole jcomment system by the K2 original, all of the comment will be disappear , this is so bad, and the very bad thing is you can not be aware of this since some articles has the jcomment and some of does not.

I said all of them just to figure out I can not enable cache for long time.

this is some urls but i still can not see the problem:

www.zoomit.ir/articles/hardware-news/tablet/item/8
www.zoomit.ir/articles/hardware-news/notebook/item/13

Global Cache system is enable and I'm waiting for the problem as soon as I encounter with this I'll submit the URL

Enable the caching and clean the cache. You should have no problems.

Thank you for you suggestion, but it is not a good way to stay online to monitor when the comment system will be replaces and then clean the cache system

I already knew that by cleaning the cache the problem will be solved, but the bug should be fixed

Hi. I didn't mean that you have to do this all the time. Only once. Just make sure that you clean the cache after you enable it. I cannot find a reason for this to happen again. Of course i assume that you have the latest version of K2 (2.4.1). Thanks.

This problem is happening with no logic schedule and reason, It's not just for once, I have to clear the cache as many time as it happens.
