It sends an email to selected backend users when new items or comments are posted...

We're actually working on email sending on item frontend edition.

Nice extension. However, we are looking for something that requires no user interaction. It's only purpose is to notify site admins that new content has been published from the front end. Trouble is we haven't found this same functionality for K2.

Hi Dave,

The plugin in v1.11 actually sends an email notification to selected backend users when an item created on frontend needs approval to be published.

We're implementing auto-approval in email forn the next release and item update notification will come just after.

Is MultiNotify going to be updated to be Joomla 2.5 compatible?

Thank you for updating this plugin to joomla 2.5. It was one of the most appreciate plugins in one of my older websites. But after migrating to J2.5 the site misses this functionality. Hope not for long. You have an estimated arrival time?

You should probably look at the JED or getk2.org/extend for a similar extension.
