Ah I just figured that out, I need to log in via the website's interface. I do not have a log in for my website so is there another way to do this or do I always have to enable the login menu whenever I want to reply to a comment?

Hello @farid,

There is no reply option. Just add a new comment once you have logged in. It will show right below all others.
