So my site is becoming VERY VERY VERY unstable and I want to reinstall joomla. I'm thinking of installing it on a new cpanel account and then just reimporting all the k2 items and the media belonging to them. My site basically runs on k2. That's all i use.Would there be any special precautions i need to take?

Is there ANY INFO on this out here?  I'm having some serious issues and would like to uninstall and reinstall K2 without loosing my data

I'm going to try something today. Will post results.

Here is what i am going to try:

Will log into phpmyadmin, export all k2 tables, reinstall joomla, reinstall k2, import k2 tables through phpmyadmin. Should work but not sure what the effects would be. Like I said, will post results. Also, you would need to copy over your k2 media folder which for some might be a pain (mine is 2GB :P)
