when trying to install it says

-1 - An error has occurred.
Unable to create target folder

any idea? some help?

Same problem for me. I've upgraded from 2.2 to 2.4.1 on my localhost without problem, but on the live site, I just get that same error. :-(

I managed to upgrade anyway. I just renamed the com_k2 folders to old_com_k2. After that I worked fine..

I renamed the folder from components and the one in administration>components but nothing really happend, same error message...
