problem upgrading to 2.4.1 from K2 v2.2 was created by Goran Andreev
I wrote this already in ask simon but still no replay...when trying to install it says

-1 - An error has occurred.
Unable to create target folder any idea what I can try?here is my system inf

PHP Built on: Linux rs19.justhost.com 2.6.31.9-grsec #1 SMP Wed Apr 14 03:03:22 CDT 2010 x86_64
Database Version: 5.0.91-community
Database Collation: utf8_general_ci
PHP Version: 5.2.13
Web Server: Apache

Many times the folder already exists or the permissions on it or the folder above do not allow file creation.
Please backup before upgrading... If you have root access, TEMPORARLY 777 your root and everything below it, then put it back. There is a new util from akeeba called admin that will quickly set all the permissions back for you to a safe place.

I changed the permision to 777 and the site stop working, so I cant even access in the admin tools proggy to fix the permisions... still same problem, could you please help guys!?
