I would like to hide the photograph or default avatar from the k2 comments and only show the comments.

How do I do this?

Look in item.php in an override for the line that contains
< ? php if ( $ comment - > userImage ) : ? > (spaces added)
and change it not to show the image

I have looked for the item.php and found two files with the same name. Please can you tell me which file to alter, and can I simply comment out that line of code.
