Is there any type of layout tool that comes with K2 for styling your pages?  For example, on the Items page (item.php), I would like to add the "Additional Info" fields to the left of my article, instead of below, which I believe is the default location.  Of course, I can move the code around, but it sure would be nice to have an editor where you can drag and drop your field layout, similar to Zoo.  Thanks.

I dont know of a layout tool. This is usually accomplished in K2 with tempate overrides and css styling.
Go to simon.getk2.org and search for "templating" and all "css4" and read those posts.
Also, go to k2joom.com for custom overrides and you may see just what your looking for for really reasonable prices.
Also, look for template sellers such as joomlabamboo, gavick, brain-style.de, and others for their custom k2 overrides that come with their templates
