Hi all developers. In nginx and K2  2.4.1 but the native Joomla SEF, when we try to insert article by Frontend displays the following error. No input file specified. You can see this thread at Joomla.org is the related same error.
blinda.me/c281
But as you know in nginx does not have. Htaccess.
adjust Joomla in configuration Global.

(Search Engine Friendly) - Yes
mod_rewrite do Apache - Yes
sufixo às URLs - YES

So the K2 does not work with SEF on native nginx?Even today it is the only component that had a problem with Nginx, and this is the only problem I'm finding with the K @ in nginx, you guys have any idea what I can do?GreetingsCood.

Hi. As far as i know nginx is a proxy server so changing the .htaceess should affect your site. However you should not have any problem with K2 add item link (since you have not modified Joomla! default .htaccess). Can you please post the URL that it is giving you the error?

Replied by Carlos Cood on topic [BUG] K2 + NGINX +SEF (Native) - Error in Frontend
So here we go.

First in ngnix not have and does not recognize. Htaccess.

Here you can read a little more.
wiki.nginx.org/Main

Today Nginx is growing very much that you tried with and failed JoomlaWorks I already have the K2 more than three months working on Nginx with this error but not able to submit articles via frontend.

Here you can see a little growth of nginx.
news.netcraft.com/

He presents this error. If you change the syntax does not need the htaccess for this action will run in nginx.

OH! My site is runing in localhost. In my intranet.
Thanks, Cood.

Hi. So, to get this clear, are you using nginx as a proxy or as an http server? If you are using nginx as a proxy you are also running apache so .htaccess does exist. Note that i have never had the chance to paly around with nginx so it is very possible that i m wrong on something. Also note that K2 has not been tested with nginx. Can you please post the URL that is giving you the error? We should make some tests with nginx to provide compatibility.

Hello!

I have the same problem with Jooma! 2.5.7 and K2 v.2.5.7 in NGINX.
If my global settings are configured as follows:

Friendly URLs (Yes)
Use Apache mod_rewrite (Yes)
Add suffix URL (No)
Nicknames of encodings (No)

This forms the SEF settings are correct but errors occur when creating a new article on the front-end K2.

Error: No input file specified.

if

I have global settings like this:

Friendly URLs (Yes)
Use Apache mod_rewrite (No)
Add suffix URL (No)
Nicknames of encodings (No)

K2 can write articles but the confirmation screen is all mangled.
Automatically Joomla! adds .. / index.php / category /

What better way to fix the problem so that the Joomla SEF settings and adding items on the front end of the K2 run smoothly?

Is there fix for this BUG?

I look forward

@Vitor

First you need to update Joomla! to 2.5.18 and K2 to 2.6.7. Get a backup of your site first in case something goes wrong. Let me know if your issue has been resolved after updating.
