I plan on using the K2 User module to show off students as well as what class they are in. I have everything working fine except one thing. Inside of the K2 User page, right under the avatar upload there is a field for "URL" I want to use this field for other information other then a website URL, however when I do this. K2 or Joomla automatically adds the prefix HTTP:// before the text I put in here. Does anyone know how to get rid of this HTTP?

In a K2 override folder find user.php
search for class="userURL
replace the line below it with the line in the attached file
