Hi, I'm using Joomla 1.5.21 Stable,
PHP version is: 5.2.14
Mysql version is: 5.0.91

I use the latest version of K2 - 2.4.1. When I add a new item, after i add the title, tag and the content itself, when i go to image tab to add or select a local image from my server, after i choose to save the article, it takes me to a blank page without any succes, if i chose to save that article without an image, it works perfectly. The same problem appears when i choose to upload a video, only this options is not taking me to a blank page, it's taking me to a 500 page error.

I've check if i got permision to the media directories and I do, the k2 information options seems to be right.

What should I do ? My website is www. peacock .ro if anybody needs to see the backend shoud anounce me and i'll create an account.

If you are getting a blank page
Goto Joomla Global Settings Server TAb
Turn Error reporting on Highest
Try again and it may show you an error that will get you started in figuring out what is going on

I just did that, nothing happen, still that blank page and no error report :((

I've stop using K2 component because for this extraordinary component it's no support at all. Only users who try theyre best to help out each other.

Right now i'm using ZOO Blog Component wich it's free and it's quite nice and simple.

Sorry K2 but it seems for me your not the right component.

Same Problem. This is the error I get

"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 900 bytes) in /Users/xxxxx/Sites/xxxxxxxk2/administrator/components/com_k2/lib/class.upload.php on line 2947"

Really would like to use k2 for this site but can't get this to work.

I finally Sorted mine out. I run my development server locally using MAMP. Turns out a slight misconfiguration was the issue. My system runs PHP 5.2.13 but MAMP was set to 5.3.2 and that broke the K2 uploads.

Yeah!!!! Fixed, for me at least. Now back to the grind.
