Hello I think my sites K2 comments have been hacked because comments are disabled and I am still getting comments showing up in the back end and they are spam. I would like to find a way to permanently stop this so I don't have to delete them every week.

Try going to K2 parameters and set the Global Setting for Comments to disabled.
If your site has been hacked, this may or may not work as you said they were disabled, and i thought they may be turned off only for one category in the category settings.
Do you have recaptua enabled? This may stop it also
There may be ways in the code to edit and stop the comments completely, but if your site has been hacked, there may be something else waiting to show up anyway. A clean install from a backup from before the problem may be a good ideaif nothing else works.

I have disabled them globally and they don't show on the front end. they just show in the back end and it seems that only the comments have been hacked I don't see any other problems with the site.
