Make an article sticky was created by Alex S.
Hi,
I want to make an article to always stay on top of the site, all other articles should be sorted by their date.
When you use Joomla itself, you do this by giving the article a negative value in the order field, but with K2 this doesn't seem to work.
Is there a way to make the article sticky?

Hi Alex,

Is your K2 item always loaded in the category page or doesn't appear sometimes due to the navigation parameters.

If it's always loaded, you could add some JS script that moves your item content to the top.

The other problem is that the items are split in different arrays before the K2 template file is called : an array for the primary section, another for the secondary, etc. If you move one item to another place, you will certainly have layout & css problems.
