Take a look at your CSS, the dots are actually bullets because you have a bunch of text wrapped in UL tags. Either remove them or set them to list-style-type: none;

Yes I realised after adding the second record that they are bullets. But I have checked the source HTML and all I have is this - "" in front of the text.
Which CSS shall I look at ? I am sure it is in the default CSS from my core template do not have this problem as my other articles are appearing normally.
