Doclink in JCE textarea of extra fields

Doclink in JCE textarea of extra fields was created by Luca Giopopo

In the textarea of extra fields of K2 when using JCE default editor it doesn't show the doclink button in the bottom of editor.
Any hint

I have the same problem also using JCK, i'm trying to fix this modifying Doclink plugin
