How I can do to make all the items that i will create are automatically assigned to the only category that I will have?  

and that the front end to create an article allows me to remove that category I select?

I know I have to modify the code but do not understand how files are related,  could you help me? I have spent a lot with this. Sorry if I write bad English Greetings and thanks
