I have users joining the site and posting via front end, after ironing out several issues and testing I have 3 smaill issues that would love help with, been searching the forums and not getting a definitive answer!!

 

I think i am at the stage of everything more or less working as i want, just these few bits

 

1 Unpublished text appears on a users page next to the title (see image attached) even if its published.

2 Removing the Option for an item to be featured, as I dont want users to have this option?

3 browse image tab, to remove the field letting users search the image folders int he back end, I found a post on this but not suggesting the actual file that the code change should be made.

If the site it live please post a link to the page with unpublish on it, firebug may point to whats going on

 

The other two issues i think will be fixed by an override of the item submission form

As for the unpublished an example of a user, even when logged out it is permanently on www.chim-chim-cheroo.co.uk/west-ham-united-fan/joe-clarkson.html

 

I am using firebug to help anyway

styling is coming from k2.css line 181

in a container - - div class userItemList

Probably coming from category_item.php /core or override whichever is approporiate

Yes that is correct about the css line, it looks like the Unpublished is the span sup value, but cannot work out where this is being called from,

On this subject again, in the K2 language file, i removed the word unpublished

on line 96 UNPUBLISHED=Unpublished

Removed bold word, and now that word does not show, basic answer but works for me as i only wanted simple item posting from front end users
