Is it possible to show the name of a extra fields group in ItemView?

For as far as I know it is only possible to show the extra fields (labels & input), but I want to show the GROUP name to.

 

For example when I want to show Event information, I will make a group called "Event Information".

When published above the extra fields output the group name is shown, instead of the header "additional info".

 

Does someone know how to show Extra fields Group Name?
